Established in 2009, owner Kate Coulter started Fossils London with a background in retail and a bit of a passion for the natural word.

The business began with a twice-a-week market stall in Spitalfields, east London and then on to St James's Piccadilly.

Now located in a beautiful Victorian shop next to London’s British Museum (map), we are able to carry a superb depth of stock..

Over the last fifteen years, we have built connections with collectors and diggers from around the world, giving us access to some of the best quality fossils available.

We still make sure that we handpick every piece that we sell, meaning that the quality of our fossils remains exceptional.

We want customers to have a unique experience in store, with special items in every corner. We hope that there's something for everyone, with prices to suit all pockets.
