Delivery and Returns

Ordering from Fossils London

You can expect your order to be sent to you within 2 working days, but we try to send items out sooner.

If you're in a rush to receive your order, please choose the express shipping option and leave a note for us at the checkout to let us know you're in a hurry.  

Standard shipping goes Second Class with Royal Mail. For first Class, choose 'Express' shipping.

We aren’t able to automatically take international payments at the moment, but if you would like to make a purchase from outside the UK, get in touch 

Click and collect

To collect your order, select ‘Collection’ as the delivery method.

You will receive an email confirming your order is ready for collection– please wait to receive this email before coming to collect your order. Order collection can only be done during our opening hours which are Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 - 17:30.

Please collect your order from us within 7 days of being informed that it is ready. Collection orders that are not collected within 7 days will be refunded and returned to stock.

Credit Card orders are processed securely by Shopify Payments, Fossils London does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.

We use a combination of courier and Royal Mail. Depending on the weight and size of item, delivery will be either Firs class or Second Class with Royal Mail or via courier service.

Charges will be added to your bag after you have entered your delivery address, to ensure we charge you the correct price.

We make every effort to ensure all of our listed products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product, we will call or email you to offer either a bigger and better product, a refund or a later delivery if possible.

Returns

We offer a refund on any item bought online as long as it is returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of online purchase. Please note that we are unable to reimburse any postage costs, either for dispatch or return.

Please ensure that you get proof of postage when returning items. Contact us if you would like more information.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know straight away, keep the packaging that your delivery came in and we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as we hear from you.
