Delivery and Returns

All UK shipping is free in December 2020!!

The last guaranteed posting date for Christmas is Friday the 18th of December. To make this deadline, you must order by 12noon on the 18th.

We can make shipments after this date, but your order might not get to you before Christmas. 

We aren’t currently able to take International payments automatically, but if you would like to make a purchase from outside the UK, get in touch 

Ordering from Fossils London

Credit Card orders are processed securely by Shopify Payments, Fossils London does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.

If you would like to speak to a member of staff, we can accept orders over the phone during our opening hours. Please call us on +44 (0)20 5801258.

We aim to process orders the next working day, although at busy periods such as Christmas please allow a couple of days extra. We are a small company and dont have a distrubution center working on our behalf.

We use a combination of courier and Royal Mail. Depending on the weight and size of item, delivery will be either First Class with Royal Mail or via courier service.

Postal charges will be added to your bag after you have entered your delivery address, to ensure we charge you the correct price.

We make every effort to ensure all of our listed products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product, we will call or email you to offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.


We can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse any postage costs. Please ensure that you get proof of postage when returning items. Contact us for more information.

Please do not return orders to our stall address at 197 Piccadilly, as this will delay the processing of your return.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know straight away, keep the packaging that your delivery came in and we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible
