We are currently offering free shipping within the UK. You don’t need to enter a code, just checkout.
We aren’t able to take international payments automatically at the moment, but if you would like to make a purchase from outside the UK, get in touch
Ordering from Fossils London
Due to COVID lockdown travel restrictions, we may not be able to fulfil your order as promptly as usual, but you can expect it to be sent with 3 working days.
Credit Card orders are processed securely by Shopify Payments, Fossils London does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.
We use a combination of courier and Royal Mail. Depending on the weight and size of item, delivery will be either First Class with Royal Mail or via courier service.
When we aren’t offering free shipping, charges will be added to your bag after you have entered your delivery address, to ensure we charge you the correct price.
We make every effort to ensure all of our listed products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product, we will call or email you to offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.
As our museum street shop is closed for lockdown, please get in touch with us before posting any item you may want to return.
We can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse any postage costs. Please ensure that you get proof of postage when returning items. Contact us for more information.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know straight away, keep the packaging that your delivery came in and we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
