A very large tooth from a Mammathus primigenius, a species of Mammoth that was common throughout Europe in the Pleistocene epoch.

Found in unconsolidated sediments of the San River in Przemysl, Poland, this very dark, near-complete molar shows good root preservation. 

From the Pleistocene, circa 100,000 years old.
